This trek is lower altitude or the passes and less walking hours comparatively. During this trek you can visit monasteries of Likir, Rizong, Temisgam, Wanla, Lamayuru and Alchi. This is a village to village trek and you can see some typical Ladakhi villages with few houses.
The trek starts from Umla to Khalsi and Wanla to Lamayuru 9 day trek are Moderate.
