Rajendar Singh (Raju)
He was born in Village Parsari, located in the Distt. Chamoli in Uttarakhand Garhwal Himalaya, and educated at Joshimath in Uttarakhand Garhwal.
Raju love for the mountains. He climbed his first peak in his life Jogin - 6445m in June 1989 with India team from Kolkata, and after his experience now spans the Himalaya, from Uttarakhand, Ladakh - Zanskar. Himachal and Sikkim.
Raju the Managing Director of Grand Adventures who has pioneer this organization since its very inception, is himself a great traveler, an experienced keen trekker having explored all major and minor trekking routes in the India Himalaya.
